  3. Can you mail me out a catalog to order from? No, at this time we offer all our products on this website only.
  4. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Yes, as long as the items you ordered are returned to us in the same condition in which they arrived to you and are returned to us within 30 days of the items arriving to you.
  5. How do I get a refund? If you received a defective product we will replace the item to your satisfaction at no cost to you, including us paying for the shipping. PLEASE contact us before shipping anything back to us however, so that we can make it a speedy and accurate return for you.

  7. When can I expect to receive my order? We ship all order by USPS PRIORITY shipping and therefore we suggest that you allow between 3 and 8 days for your order to arrive to you from the day after you place it online with us.
  8. Do you ship internationally? No, at this time we only ship within the 48 continental US states.

  11. Do you ship to military bases? Yes, but please be sure to clearly state this in your mailing address so that we can handle it in the proper manner and therefore assure that your package will not be returned to us.
